Kellie Pickler, a previous season American Idol Finalist is in talks or even development of a half-hour comedy for the young star.

Kellie Pcikler will suppossedly play a character based on, well what she is and what she played to on the show American Idol. She played a great small town Southern girl and it looks like Fox thinks she should be acting rather than singing. Was she acting on the show, who knows.

Celebamour broke this news for us and it is looking like it’s not a rumor and is actually true. She’s even got some writers from “That 70’s show” to write for her. I guess I’ll watch, she’s cute enough to warrant that. We’ll see if she can act or if it should stay in a UPN testing world.
