The Late Johnny Cash has a Music Video
OK none of us has seen the video but it has to be great. Probably much better than the Marvin Gaye remake Timberlake, Nelly, and friends did on “What’s Going On” about 5 years ago. Although I liked that one, this one just seems to be creating a lot more buzz.
The video is on Johnny Cash’s song “God’s Gonna Cut You Down” and it premiered Yesterday on MTV (Thursday). Rumor has it that you’ll be able to legally watch the video after November 14, 2006 on your usual video resources like Google and YouTube.
The video includes stars such as Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Johnny Depp and Chris Rock. Although we’re not sure what Chris Rock is doing in it, that’s a little intriguing and we’d like to find out. Maybe we’ll have to sit around and watch MTV for a while to see if we can catch it through all the reality shows.
